I created Orphan Annie on a reclaimed canvas , I used mostly acrylics some watercolor and pencil in the underpainting , this was painted while travelling the Arizona desrt this winter.

This is part of my traveling in Arizona collection . Artwork is created on a canvas I found in Goodwill in Yuma , it had a very outdated painting on it ,with some texture which I incorprated into my final painting . She is quite unusual , I do not use a reference for my girls I just start drawing and Poof there she is .

This is a wrapped canvas so no need to frame , she is varnished and ready to travel .

I created this girlie on my vacation in Arizona , traveling in our 5th wheel with 2 cats and 2 dogs , quite a challenge . She is one of my faves , she has a unique look very French looking .
